    Start your day with a visit to the lush rainforest of Mt Field National Park.

  6. Day 6 – Strahan

    Today, youll cruise through the World Heritage-listed Franklin-Gordon River National Parks. From the luxury of the Captains Premier Upper Deck enjoy a gourmet lunch of local Tasmanian delicacies. Cruise through Macquarie Harbour and visit Heritage Landing and Sarah Island.

  7. Day 7 – Strahan > Cradle Mountain

    If the weather is clear youll be treated to magnificent views of Cradle Mountain and the breath-taking reflections on Dove Lake. Hear the stories from your local guide about the intrepid early settlers of this area. Take in the pristine alpine vistas of Cradle Mountain-Lake Saint Clair National Park where youll enjoy an overnight Special Stay.

  8. Day 8 – Cradle Mountain > Smithton

    Leave the mountains for the coastal towns of Burnie, Penguin and Stanley. Visit Helleyers Road Distillery and take the whiskey walk, learning about how whiskey is distilled and made in Tasmania. Enjoy Tasmanian hospitality tonight as you stay in Smithton.

  9. Day 9 – Smithton > Launceston

    Visit the town of Sheffield this morning and learn about its history from the murals that are painted on the walls across town. They depict Sheffields history, geography, wildlife and its people. Upon arriving in the charming city of Launceston visit Cataract Gorge and ride the chairlift for scenic views. Enjoy your two-night stay in Launceston.

  10. Day 10 – Launceston

    Choose from a tour of the infamous Beaconsfield Mine and Heritage Centre, the Platypus House and Seahorse World or a tour of the cool climate wineries of the region. Alternatively, take a leisurely lunch cruise on the Tamar River.

  11. Day 11 – Launceston > Freycinet National Park

    Journey to the coast today via Legerwood and see the World War One memorial tree carvings.

  13. Day 13 – Freycinet National Park > Hobart

    Stop in Richmond and see Australias oldest bridge built by convict labour. During a visit to Bonorong National Park meet Tasmanias shy and elusive Tasmanian Devil before arriving back at your hotel in Hobart for a two-night Special Stay.
